Pre-order 'The Crux' in any format by January 27th at 12PM GMT to access the exclusive ticket sale. No Purchase Necessary.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are Backstreet International Merchandise Ltd. t/a BSI Merch, our registered address in England and Wales is Cwm, 1a High Street, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 8DA, we operate ukeu.djomusic.com.

To access the exclusive ticket sale for Djo's performances in the UK and Ireland, you must pre-order ‘The Crux’ in any format from the Djo Store and must use a UK or IE delivery address, and / or submit your email address via the online form: HERE by 12 PM GMT on Monday January 27th, and must have selected UK or Ireland as a country. Entrants are required to provide their email address. Your email address will be added to the Djo mailing list, maintained by AWAL. AWAL do not pass any information to third parties, and also provide links to unsubscribe in every message sent.

No purchase is necessary. One ticket code. The ticket code will give you access to buy tickets to the Show(s) in accordance with these terms. Codes DO NOT guarantee tickets.
You will receive your ticket code via email on Monday January 27th by 6 PM GMT, along with a link to the ticket provider’s website Ticketmaster ticket Presale where you can redeem the ticket code to purchase tickets once the ticket sale window opens, subject to availability. We do not accept responsibility if the email we send to the address you provided does not reach you for any reason beyond our reasonable control, including where the email is flagged as spam.

A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will not be available for purchase on general sale. The ticket code gives you access to the ticket sale window only and is not a guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets to the Show(s). All tickets are subject to availability.

Ticket presale details:

• Registration for presale access codes closes Monday 27th at 12 PM GMT
  
• Artist presale begins on Tuesday January 28th at 9 AM local and will continue until the time highlighted on the ticket provider platform. A maximum of six tickets may be purchased per code.
• General sale begins on Friday January 31st at 9 AM local 

Key Terms for Presale Access:

Ticket codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Codes are non-transferable, case-sensitive, and available for one-time use only.
To receive presale access, you must have pre-ordered ‘The Crux’ in any format from the Djo Store and use a UK or IE delivery address, or submitted your email address via the online form: HERE by 12 PM GMT on Monday January 27th, and have selected UK or IE as a country. No purchase is necessary.
If you haven't received your presale email on Monday January 27th by 6 PM GMT, first check your spam/junk folder. For further assistance, please contact: djoticketpresale@bsimerch.com.
The ticket code can only be subject to the terms and conditions applicable at the time of the ticket purchase. Shows may be age-restricted—please check with the ticket provider directly for more information. We are not the ticket provider and cannot be responsible for any issues with the purchase or use of tickets. BSI Merch is not liable for issues with any ticket purchase from third-party providers. Purchase Limits and Restrictions:

Maximum of 6 tickets per code.
Codes are only available to addresses in UK & IE.
Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Given the high demand, tickets are not guaranteed.
Ticket presale begins on Tuesday January 28th at 9 AM local and general sale begins on Friday January 31st  at 9 AM local.
Ticket codes are valid only for specific dates and locations and cannot be transferred. You will not receive additional access codes for placing multiple orders.

Ticket Provider:

Tickets will be available for purchase via Ticketmaster beginning on Tuesday January 28th at 9 AM local. We recommend opening a Ticketmaster account and signing in ahead of the presale to expedite the process. If you do not already have a Ticketmaster account, you can create one here: https://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/

Accessible Tickets:

Accessible ticketing options are available for each event. Please check with the relevant venue or ticket provider for more details on how to book accessible tickets for the specific show you're attending.

By pre-ordering ‘The Crux’ or by registering to receive a ticket code, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any personal data you provide when registering to receive a ticket code will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which you can read here: HERE.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
