WHAT ARE THE KEY DATES?

- Registration for codes will close on Monday 27th at 12 PM GMT.
- Codes and access links will be sent on Monday 27th by 6 PM GMT.
- Event presale begins on Tuesday January 28th at 9 AM local.
- General sale begins on Friday January 31st at 9 AM local.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CODE?

Codes and instruction will be emailed to eligible fans on Monday 27th by 6 PM GMT

HOW DO I RECEIVE CODES AND ACCESS LINK WITH NO PURCHASE NECESSARY?

No purchase is necessary to obtain a code and access, simply click here to access the No Purchase Necessary form .

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I PURCHASE?

Ticket purchase will be limited to 6 tickets per code. The total amount of tickets per person can be split across multiple dates.

Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. We expect a very high demand and cannot guarantee tickets.

TICKETMASTER ACCOUNT

Tickets will go on sale on Tuesday January 28 at 9 AM local via Ticketmaster. We recommend opening a Ticketmaster account and signing in ahead of the presale. You can now use a single password to sign into your accounts on other global Ticketmaster sites. If you have just one account, we’ll automatically link your accounts using your existing password and profile information when you access a new Ticketmaster site in a different country. HOW DO I PURCHASE ACCESSIBLE TICKETS?

Accessible ticketing options are available for each event. Please check with the relevant venue or ticket provider for more details on how to book accessible tickets for the specific show you're attending.

AM I GUARANTEED A TICKET IF I PRE-ORDER THE ALBUM?

No, tickets are not guaranteed with your album pre-order. We are providing sale access and tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis.
We expect a very high demand and cannot guarantee tickets.

IT’S AFTER 7 PM GMT ON MONDAY 27th AND I HAVEN’T GOT MY ACCESS EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, check your email’s Junk or Spam folder. If you still cannot find your email, contact us at djoticketpresale@bsimerch.com

WHAT IF I PURCHASE FROM A DIFFERENT RETAILER OR STORE, DO I QUALIFY FOR PRESALE ACCESS?

To qualify for presale access, you must have purchased from https://ukeu.djomusic.com/ or have registered via the no purchase necessary sign-up form before 12 GMT on Monday 27th January.
